Green Tea Glow is a small editorial blog about green tea and botanical skincare — what the ingredients actually do, where the traditions come from, and how to build a routine that respects your skin instead of fighting it.
Our approach
Beauty content tends to swing between two extremes: breathless enthusiasm and reflexive skepticism. We try to hold a middle line. When research supports a claim, we say so and point to what kind of research it is. When a claim is marketing invention, we say that too — plainly, and without naming villains.
We do not accept payment for coverage, we do not sell products, and we do not publish sponsored reviews. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on this page.
